not sure if this is asked. NPCs seem to have swimwear for the occasions. do PC have chances purchase swimwear from clothing store?

In the beach clean up festival cut scene all the NPCs were swimming in their usual outfits. Also I see NPC's in their usual outfits in the hot springs. I admit I giggled
