I see the November 2022 update information however my game does not have the new feature. Steam says it's updated. Tried restarting the game 2x. Tried creating a new game. Still nothing. I don't know if I'm missing something or what?

The update was not officially released yet, it will be available in the 2nd or 3rd week of December, if you want to play the Beta Update you need to enter the code for it in the Steam. (Select the Betas tab and enter the access code BetaTestingPublicBranch)
