syrup help please not maple syrup

Does anyone know how to make syrup or where to buy it. All I have is maple syrup and I am trying to make kiracha sauce. I have all the othe ingredients and the recipe but no reg syrup

that's maple syrup.
for kiracha you need regular syrup - maple doesn't work.
And I haven't found it in-game yet.
Maybe something we can process or buy later.

btw, you can get kiracha in the mail, though I don't remember who sends this and what season.

if you still need to know, put sugarcane in a cheese press

You unlock the ability to make an oil press at like lvl 8 scavenging
