Hi i noticed there’s a new update for November with the hair and clothes but there’s no update showing on my steam. Is there something im missing to get this update?

Yes. You have to activate the beta branch.

Afaik it's a different branch, so not easily able to switch save files between the official one and the beta? There can still be a few more Bugs in the Beta, but the official Update should come in 2nd/3rd week of december if you want to wait (and safely continue playing with your save file)
