I haven't been able to find the fig. I know someone posted about it but I can't find the post. Will I be able to get it as I am only D. Can't seem to level up as I am not very good at playing. Thanks.

Yes, all harvestables are available regardless of town rank. It's just that the quality of them increases alongside the rank (I.e. you're more likely to get bronze+ quality stuff on C than on E)
I noticed that a lot of them are to the north and west to the farm, try looking for them there
