i realized that i placed my barn and coop in the wrong spots, when i wanna get fence around it as well from the doors. i already got the cows. can i somehow move them, now that i have the animals placed?
and a followup questions to the animals:
if i regret the name of an animal, can i change the name of it?

You can move the barn and coop at the carpenter regardless of animals being inside

i didnt know that i needed that.. i just got the farm buildings :/

yeah, whenever you move the building, instead of actually moving it, you get a blueprint that you can place in your farm. The next day, the building would then move.
