You can build romance with them, some do actions that show romantic interest (like Pablo and Surya) but there are no actual dates and you can't ask them to be your partner

Hi! What things do they show?|| I saw that Pablo sends a bouquet of flowers||. Does he do anything else?
And Surya?

Pablo ||sends the bouquet and also asks you about your dream date. If you reply with having drinks at a bar or a romantic dinner, he blushes and says that you "have the right idea"||
Surya ||gets shy and flustered every time you give him a gift he likes or loves||
