#retrieve missing tools?

i keep getting the option to retrive missing tools form the blacksmith when im not missing any tools? and then it creates duplicates is this happening to anyone else?

I had that briefly but it was kinda nice to have a backup for when my tools are being worked on. The option went away at some point for me.
