How do you upgrade the coop and barn to the next level? The carpenter shop only shows the Level I coop and barn, no upgrades.

That doesn't help me understand how to upgrade. The Edit Farm Buildings says you can move and destroy current buildings then had the Level 2 information under it but I don't understand what destroying buildings has to do with upgrading.

see what Firefly said above and for a change try to open the game as wiki suggests - and take a close look at available options + "The "Edit Farm Buildings" menu option also allows you" = means there's ALSO smth else on top of move and destroy
