Hi, i don’t know why I don’t get rank C. I have completed all quests, 40 coral reefs repaired, sam’s quests done, donated probably 100 items to the museum, all bundles but the winter bundle completed. However, I am on my second file now where I am just below Rank C and can’t reach C, thereby not getting winter bundles in time.
What am I doing wrong?
Is there anything besides the quests, museum, bundles that has to be done?

not exactly got it done as i had the same issue. what helped for me to get the rank C was digging on the beach to get books to donate to the library

Where do you dig on the beach, which beach, and with what tool? I didn't even know this was a thing.

You can use your hoe to till the sand and soil around the island. Don't know if there's a best place to so, but you can do it anywhere on the southern beach.
