The regular jellyfish? I’ve only found the flowerhat while diving. I thought the regular jellyfish was caught when you fish

I found a regular jelly fish while diving, Yeah, You can also catch the starfish and Crab etc while diving
However this is just from my gameplay experience which isnt too much but I happened to stumble upon 1x Jelly fish while diving. TBF I havent yet gotten very far only have like 12 of the Orbs done

That should be the right spot, I think. They're just rare probably? And they specifically like sunny day, if you've tried in any other weather previously.
