i'm i the only one that has trouble finding the next lvl hole in the watermine? i spent the whole day on 1 lvl and all my energie

I think it's very luck based, sometimes I spend hours on a lvl, then on the next I find the hole within 5 destroyed rocks

I usually mine around where the rope down is because I find in my game its usually in that area. Not always but most of the time.

It's hard to make a lot of it because of materials cost, but you can bring rope with you to get to the next floor like Stardew's staircases. Because of the crafting cost, I only use it when it's taking forever to find the next level jump hole, but on those occasions it's been helpful.
