I went through some of the questions here to try and upgrade from alpha to early access, but the only codes I have through backerkit are for alpha only. I tried other things, like uninstalling and redownloading, and using the key again. Was the early access only for certain tiers (I'm $45) or is there something else I'm missing?

What platform of choice did you choose? If you choose PC, you should be able to see your code in the backerlist. If on console, you have wait for months after PC full release to get your key.
