Excuse me, i also got this bug… i received the mail around 6-10 summer 1st year (i forgot the exact date) and i can’t get the stuff attached to the mail… i don’t know what’s in it, does someone know what’s in it?

I have the same bug. Sometimes when I click super fast on it i'll get an attachment, but i can't see the actual letter still. But I got 2 recipes and a couple of meals from it. 😄 so try that to at least get your things

From my understanding it’s something that they hadn’t implemented yet. If you go out of game and back in to restart the day, the notif will go away

I also received this issue, and because I didn't think to restart the day, it has persisted through two seasons and several gaming sessions. I haven't gotten any new mail for over two weeks in-game. The gift, I'm fairly certain, was from Emma (? Taco truck person?).

I mostly get empty letters. Like a letter saying that they got me something but there is nothing there.
