Probably a bug but in case I'm missing something - I reached C rank, it states I can build the Greenhouse now. Fall, year 1. I know some things like the animals are still not in the game, but I thought the greenhouse was here? When I go to the carpenter, I can upgrade my coop, my barn, etc. But the build greenhouse option isn't there. Help?

I've done all but winter. The letter sent said that they can build a greenhouse, so I thought I could finish the rest in winter.
