What is the best way to earn money during fall? I just started the season and great white shark is only available every summer. I already planted grape seeds.

Making honey with flowers called Titan Arum works! It spawns somewhere on road near the cave, maybe you can look it up on google for the precise locations. Also making Smoothies with fruits also sells much more than normal fruits or jams!

You can do wine(grapes) using kegs. It takes a really long time to make though and it sells for like $900-1200 depending on the quality. If you want to do this I suggest you build tons of kegs

Fairy rose honey is also pretty good. You have to be rank C to be able to buy the seeds for this

if you look for real money, but lots of clicking - that's what poki said above: smoothies. plant cranberries, they regrow every 2 days and make smoothies that sell 165 apiece. grape will be nerfed - in that recent "joke of an update" that was rolled back, however there are screenshots where silver wine will be 680 coins (now 1020), which is a bit more than 110 coins per day, but your limiting factor is kegs = scrap, while cooking is unlimited. Fairy rose honey is not bad, I'll grow in fall about 1200 fairy roses - enough for 32 bee hives for the whole year, and that's about 150 coins per day pretty much passive income

Thanks guys. Will try these tips. Trash is so hard to collect now. And will plant cranberries now.

Side note on the clicking thing - after planting the seeds, you can scythe for harvesting. Yes it uses energy, but since you can sit in the hot spring for a bit, I consider it worth it to harvest multiple plants at once.
