Does star quality of a base input item affect the star quality of the product?

Examples being: 3 Silver Flowers = higher or minimum chance of bronze,silver, etc. Honey, or higher-quality crops affecting quality of any food made?

you can load normal + 2 bronze of say same fruit into jar and it will give normal + 2 bronze jams. 1:1 conversion strictly, no chances

and order of processing first in - first out, so if you ne more money fast - load better first
