I did all the diving that is possible, Ive donated everything I can find to the museum. I have only the winter offering left on the first offering, and I can't finish it cause I need to be rank C. Is there more I can do? Im soon on my second winter an dI don't want to do another year with nothing to do....

Look for books at the beach. I spent several days digging up the beach with the hoe. Give the books to the library. The vendor at the lighthouse sells fossils, you can donate them, too.

There's a lot of research done in #📚wiki-editors - please look there. As far as I've seen to date, fossils do not change the rank.

For reaching rank c what u need is 5 offering, 100+ museum donation, 41 coral shrines activates

Weird. I just reached rank C yesterday after I finished all that I could for diving. But my museum has already been renovated. I haven't even donated books or fossils yet (didn't know you could get them). Also the items requested for the winter bundle are fall crops that you unlock with Rank C. Except for the brussel sprouts and kale. Those are winter foragables.

For mine, I reached floor 40 for both the earth mine and water mine, finished all I could for diving, museum is renovating after completing quest to donate 50 bugs/fish, finished the ship so many bronze quality veggies and fruits (don't remember how many needed), finished the ship 10 chicken eggs and ten milk quest

Still doesn't answer the exact requirements to reach rank C but at least you have an idea of what you need to do to reach it. One way at least.

I just got level C (in time to grow the new fall crops yay) but I didn't have any fossils yet either and I haven't donated any. I think you just need to donate 120 things or something. doesn't have to be fossils but they probably do count. I got mine mostly through artifacts and bugs.

Just watched a video where the player mentioned planting just the wild seeds you collect for winter crops

Wild seeds just become tea though. At least all of mine did. I saved them up from previous seasons so I had quite a lot
