How rare is the jellyfish? I've tried fishing for it at the lighthouse for 5 nights already and it never bites.

I caught a few of them near Zarah's boat (around 19:00 IIRC) - maybe try there as well?

I've caught a handful as well, down by the lighthouse off the dock (throwing the fishing line out towards the ocean and not towards where the black market boat spawns). Usually I get a jellyfish after fishing for a while and I've already caught 6-8 other, more common fish
