I've cleared all the trash in this area and can't seem to get the item to appear to cleanse the coral. Using the Ocean Floor Map it is this area with two alters right above the archway. Any insight to where yours was found or a way to finally get it to appear would be helpful. I have gone back numerous days in game and irl hoping if more trash spawned and I cleared that then perhaps I could get it it, but no luck.
