#Mastery - Is it not implimented?

Hi! Just wondering if there's nothing beyond Tier 1 in the skills mastery just yet, as I've got over seven skill points scattered among multiple categories yet I can't place them because skills are locked or in the locked 'Tier 2'. Is it just not in the game yet?

Yep, Tier 2 isn't implemented yet
