books can be found by hoeing up dirt
but still i dont know if anybody even got to rank b yet because you can neither fully complete the offerings becasue some fish etc arent implemented yet and the ocean questline is also not fully implemented yet so youc ant continue to clean the full ocean and activate all orbs
also because some insects etc arent available yet you cant donate them

correction: some people got to rank b but its highly depended on luck becasue you need to find the rare insects etc
