I gave the second turtle its corn and was able to complete the 15th orb thing, but when i go down the stairs its blocked off? and also whats up with the music button puzzle

There's a section you missed somewhere.

There's a diving map you can search for to help you, or you can choose one side of the map and follow it until you find the missed area.

The stage puzzle thing isn't finished yet, so theres nothing that can be done with it atm
