idk if im just dumby, if this is a bug or supposed to happen but ive given multiple of the turtles their offering n i cant ever talk to them! its not a major deal for gameplay but id rlly like to talk to them :c

I think they're just not fully finished yet. Theres other animals further down that you also cant talk to
