Is it only in the town center back wall I can see my most up to date rank? It doesn't seem to have updated since fall 1 and I'm on summer 2 now x

Yes only on town center. Mine almost rank b but stuck on third offering

I have the same question. Does the Rank progress bar move closer to the next rank? I only recently discovered this

Yes it will, but you need to make several donations before you can see it move, but with alter offerings you get a big jump each completed category.
