So, ive been here for a few in game days now and i cant progress, like i cleaned everything in the area i am in but a new one did not open after healing the last coral, is it a bug? Theres a few more places around here but theyre blocked like the one in the picture

i can see an unopened portal in the top middle of your screenshot so you've missed activating one for sure

yea, but i didnt find any of the stuff to activate them, and i cleared everything before but now some respawned

i went around a ton but didnt find anything, and i see that it should be open but since i cleared everything i didnt find the thing to heal the coral with
thank you for the help and speadsheet i guess ill just look around more, but i really didnt find any and ive looked around everywhere

There's a possibility it's hidden where you can't see it because some of the columns don't turn transparent, might have to find nooks and crannies and sweep around with your scythe

Hi, kind of the same problem. I'm past the first turtle and I've looked at the spreadsheet. I cleaned every bit of trash possible and tried the scythe in every nook but I can't for the life of me find the orb for the 11th pillar and am now stuck... Is it possible that there is a bug involved? I already tried diving a couple of days later so the trash in the unfinished area respawns, cleaned it all again but there still is no orb to be found.

There is in fact a bug involved (for the first turtle area), I had the same problem. I did the same thing - waited for respawn and cleaned it. I don't know if it's permanently stuck like that or if you have to wait for RNG to be kind. It might be the latter, you may have to try a few times? I can't help more I'm afraid
