Only way I can get into the game now is through game files.

I think that means one of the game files has been set to require administrator permissions to run. If you go into your files and look for the file in that specific error message you should be able to change that.
Open File Explorer, follow the path that should be displayed in the error message to find the games executable (.exe) file. Right click on that, select Properties, click on Compatibility tab, uncheck 'Run this program as an administrator'.
