Hi all, so I'm currently at 120 donations to the museum (I've counted multiple times to make sure that I'm above the 115 that are apparently needed), have healed all the coral sites that I can, and have done both of the mines available, started donating library books and have completed all of the temple offerings that I can (obviously minus the winter ones which I can't do yet because I haven't got rank C). I can see on the board that I have been just a pixel off for a little while, and I can't for the life of me get a rank C.
I've started boosting my friendships with coffee runs twice a week and have everyone at a minimum of 1 heart, the highest being 4. Is this a bug in my save file? I wish there were a way to see what I was missing instead of just running around aimlessly.

you should still be able to reach it. the diving shrines, bundles and donations are what add to town rank. sadly best I can say is triple check the diving areas via map, add what extra artifacts and such you haven't already, the actual # for donations seems to vary a tab towards people. there may be something between people helping trigger it properly. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1znYoRv29zpqJlf4ToaYBi-wZEP5H_LWS/view

gonna update my previous spoilery mention,|| I just had the area behind the hot spring unlock after finishing the sea critter bundle of the 2nd altar, with 2 bundles still unfinished. no idea which was the trigger||
