I have activated all 21 30 meter shrines, just double checked with the created map to be sure. Ther is a small patch of coral that still remains oily in the pathway leading to the lower amphitheater... I am concerned that the game is reading it as not activated!
I have done everything I can think of to get to town rank C, but it is not going. I am concerned that this is the reason!
Anyone else have this patch still there?

Nope, I still have that spot too (and seen it in other peoples Screenshots) and just got to rank C. I think it's not removable yet

Hmm, do you have a Screenshot? But 21 solar orbs after the initial 20 is correct afaik 🤔 how many Museum donations and offerings do you have?
