#KEG VS JAR

most wind up investing in kegs because they can become more hands off, easier to manage income with longer makes such as beer from wheat and barley, sake from rice and what a lot settle on which is wine from grapes. they take several days, so less maintinence and a decent profit for the time it takes. jars are short term (and/or alternative milk processer as it makes butter)
BUTTER?
yeah, not sure if temporary for access or how it's ment to be, but the mason jars are how you get butter (there is a separate yogurt maker, for selling purposes, both sell for the same)
