French translation

Hi! Not sure I'm in the right place for this but I feel like the french translation is automatically generated. It's a literal translation from english and some dialogues make no sense. It might be a good idea to mission a professional translator to correct it. I could do it if you'd like but maybe you already have someone in mind to take care of it. In the mean time I'm playing the game in english and I still love it!

I think the devs said Humble was in charge of translations, so hopefully they'll fix them by the time 1.0 comes out :0c apparently a lot of versions are like that

Ok cool! Let's hope Humble will take care of it soon. Some translations in the menu are reeeeally contradictory.
I need to translate back in english some times to get what it's truly saying 😂

hi im on the spanish version of the game and the same thing happens, it looks as its translated with google translate, im a translator myself so i was a little surprised hopefully they'll fix it in the future cause you simply can't understand much

Yeah, german is similar. Funniest thing I've seen is the german word for "buffalo" instead of inventory/backpack 🤣

I wished to ask if the Dev Team will effectively update the translations at the release of 1.0. If not, my friend (student in translation) and I (student in narrative design and beliguial) are willing to help with that one translation of the game.

Would that interest the Dev Team in any ways?

Yeah, we kinda continued to play because the translation was hilariously bad, but now... I mean, for a 1.0, it's not good to keep it like that
That's why with my friend we are proposing to help out about this

Yeah I did a ticket and they answered me that they... didn't needed help, more or less. That they already got what they need.
I'm waiting to see how the translation will go on for now! But hopefully, the day they'll stop updating the game it will be good enough so we won't have to retouch it... or maybe not, in that case we both are still ready, haha.
