The first thing I have noticed is that my weather channel is missing from my tv. So different things have caused me to crash due to this. First it was my diving. I'm at the quest that says follow the roots and passed a walrus. I crashed at that point so I tried resetting my dive location. I was able to dive just fine after that but my channel was still missing. Later I caught a new bug the same day as the testing the dive, but once I stepped into the museum the game crashed. I did open task manager and it is taking a ton of memory from me around like 5. Even causes my discord to crash.

I'm guessing this is part of a memory leak but no idea why my weather channel has vanished. The day prior was nothing major. Unless this is also triggered by me attempting to upgrade the barn. I can test more or provide my save file to the devs to figure this out unless it is a known bug.
I'm in Fall 11th first year and just finished the fall temple offering.

Hello Mayo, It seems AMD always play Coral Island in VR AMD Adrenaline, that cause the spike of memory and freezes

Oh alright thank you. Also could my game crashes and freezes also be from attempting to upgrade the barn? I was able to play a full day if i didnt start that process but my weather channel is still missing.

While in game I believe there is an extra -100 after the version number if that counts for anything

It seems your problem is AMD memory Spike because of AMD adrenaline

Hmm ill have to test around with what triggered the bug then. I left my anker in the water past the froze baluga whale dude and that is part of what caused my dive crashes

I was wondering why those spikes happen. Windowed mode on low and medium settings help make it playable. So i dont mind waiting for the fix. Glad these are known ^^

Also, take your time answering, is it a common issue to fish four to five times in rivers and only get shrimp? Lol my friend said he didnt have that issue.

Yea I used to not be able to do windowed or anything on high or even medium do to the amd vr issue. So far I've been playing with no problem. The only other crash I can think of is trying to upgrade the barn. Thats the only other link to the sudden freeze to where I have to force close.

Oh, the VR issue should be fixed with the latest patch, so maybe that is why it's good now.

Can you try in full screen and see if the freezes still happens? Also what is your monitor resolution?

I had to do 1680 x 1050 since it wouldn't let me do 1920 x 1080 like my monitor. So let me do that and test the barn upgrade to see if any of that triggers anything.

Oh so after the day of upgrading my barn I cannot let my cows out or enter while its being upgraded

Ah, ok, yeah, with the barn being blocked while being upgraded, this is part of the minor feedback fixes, so fixed in later updates.
