Anyone else stuck with the bar at rank C and the town not ranking up? The bar has been exactly at rank C for roughly an ingame week but it hasn't send me the letter. Thoughts?

may be short a donation or two, keep fishing and catching bugs, diving and beach combing (hoeing) for coffers to get artifacts, as well as check the lighthouse market boat that sells random artifacts, geodes and coffers (mon-tues-thus around 20:00) changes weekly

I've been cycling through it all but apparently I'm not all that lucky right now lol if I don't get it by the end of winter I think I'll lose my mind to be honest. But I'll keep on truckin!

The thing about the board right now is that the line is actually very vague because you can't check it closer, so the letter won't arrive until you see the date achieved on rank C (like the ones on rank D and E).

I somehow managed it! I had to close the game to give my laptop a rest and when I opened it back up it gave it to me. No idea what ticked it over the edge since I hadn't done anything new really but I'll take it!
