Can we only do the first upgrade of the farm house for now? I have all the materials and money for the kitchen upgrade, but does anyone know if it's in the game yet or coming out in a later release?

technically yes, there's only one upgrade to the house - the kitchen upgrade. the previous one is just fixing the house

you have whatever the material is that's under the bronze bar, and you've tried putting your mouse over the "confirm" and clicking there?
