I know relationships were locked or didn't have all the cutscenes at some point, is that now fully implemented ? 🙂

Not yet, still have to wait for more updates. Heart >5 and marriage/children is listed as part of the Early Access Roadmap

nina you can get to at least 8, and wakuu you can get to at least 7, but besides those i haven't seen anyone have any other character above a 5
