Alll the sources say something different - rainy during the day on the beach, night time on the pier, all day in the ocean. But all I’m catching are blue tangs. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

The one and only clownfish I've caught was by Zarah's boat in the summer I believe. I don't remember what the time or weather was.

I've caught all of my clownfish along the beaches, by zarah's boat and at the lookout's dock. They are an All-day, Any Weather fish from my experience. They appear in Summer.

I agree that it is incorrectly listed as a spring fish; I saw it commonly in all summer weather, but never in Spring

I don't think I ever caught one in spring either, I remember catching a few in Y1 summer. I'll go poke that sheet and wiki ❤️

I got several clowns on the diving pier in summer during the day. (just go to where you dive and you can fish off either side of the circle or a touch north of that. I got 1-3 in a full day of fishing.)

Hey all sorry I didn’t get notifications for these comments. Ended up finding my clownfish. Actually got 3 in a row, fishing off the very end of the pier facing south in summer during the day (sunny)
