Hi. I reached lvl 40 in the earth mine but the water mine won't unlock. something else I have to do? need silver ore for the house upgrade

Make sure to tak the gift at lv 40 and trigfer the cutscene

Even when you exit? I got the cutscene after exiting the earth mine.

So I just reached level 40 in the earth mine and exited through the elevator and got the cutscene. Did you exit with the elevator or the rope? Maybe the rope is bugged but the elevator is not?
