I just started playing yesterday and I noticed that not every character is shown on the townsfolk list? I'm wondering if this is intentional, if they haven't been added yet, or if they aren't considered townsfolks and if so will there be another section for them?

You need to meet them first and talk before they appear on your list.

yeah some just don't have their list yet like judge sarah, derek, those 2 hotties merfolk
