Can’t use certain decorations in my house!

Hi! does anyone know why i can’t place some decorations (Sea Painting is the one i can’t place) in my house, also can’t place wallpaper and flooring?

Okay so i figure out the wallpaper and flooring, but still don’t know why i can’t use the painting

Nope, won’t work any way i try it! So bummed since it would have been perfect for the house, maybe it’s just bugged

For the painting, it might be the same as the scroll I put up. I had to get close to the wall and when it showed green just click and it'll go up.

Are you talking about the mirror? It goes on the floor

No the painting wasn’t in the picture. The mirror works fine but the painting (Sea Painting) can’t be placed, i can’t even take ut out of my inventory while in the decorating mode

Have you tried clicking on the floor instead? I had trouble placing my calendar and turns out I had to click on the floor where the wall is.

that's the exact painting i'm having an issue with. that and the "cabin hanging plants." both greyed out in decorating mode too

It's possible that not all indoor decorations are implemented and able to be placed properly in your home. Just like how the piggy bank item turns into a chair. Some stuff isn't fully "ready".
