I don't have any food. Can you buy some from somewhere. I always run out of energy when diving.

Hi! You can eat some of the crops you grow, make them into jam/wine/beer/juice for replenishing health and stamina. Some honeys can as well. Eventually you can upgrade your house to include a kitchen to make meals from recipes you've collected.

If you want to buy food - I think you can buy it from Sam, the tavern, and the little stall outside of the tavern.

youll also get recipies that can craft things like kelp nomnoms (forgot what they were called) and the lollipop you had at the beginning.

Yes!
You can purchase coffees for 100C (+100 energy) from the Fishensips or make your own food, a good one is scuba snack (+70 energy) that you can make from crafting 10 seaweeds (unlockable after reaching certain diving level) or crafting candies (+70 energy) made of sap + 3 random seeds.

(I did mining first before diving and progressing gave me about 10 bottles of jamu (+400 energy) in total, by the time I continue diving I already have extra energy from leveling my mining skill and few bottles of jamu in bag for recovering my energy!)
