hello, while cleaning the ocean the animation for the vines disappearing happened and they are not visible anymore, but the quest didn't finish and there is a invisible barrier there, anyone got an idea how i can fix that?

yes and for the visible part i did unlock all that but after the steps to the deepest part is an invisible wall where the vines where before i cleaned

i cannot go up the staris, so i cleaned the vines buit is bugged

Go to the far right side of those stairs and you'll be able to get down. It's a collision bug
You can unlock the entirety of the sea floor and open all 40 shrines available at the moment. It just doesn't actually progress anything past the first 20 aside from giving you more areas to gather from and unlocks the ability to gather silver kelp.
