Does anyone know if the heart events are active? I have several people at 1 heart, but so far only Millie gave me an event (at 1/2 heart). I wanted to see Rafael and Scott's heart events!

I got one from Rafael at 3 in the blacksmith shop and one at 4 at the inn. Only other one I think I've gotten is Pablo at 1 to 2 in the square.
I have a decent few at 1 heart but I haven't run into any cutscenes for them.
