I managed to find the Brussels spirit and kale but I've been running all ober the island for days. I'm on Day 15 in Winter and I can't seem to find Watermelon (I need bronze quality), Tea Rose, and a garlic. Where are they? Sam didn't have seeds for me to plant

I for example have rank C.. but sam only has tea seeds and some other kind of seeds to buy but noone of those who are requested. Where do you find them?
