anyone have issue putting down items such as the machineries, sprinklers or scarecrows?

i have problems where i can put down in this particular first plot and if i move to another plot and back to this first plot, i can no longer put down the item.

its needs to be real close to your position but not on your position.
Same for clumsy big things like barns and mills.
