late ledge
I can't tell if this is a bug or if I'm missing something. I've cleared the coral shrine things that I can reach without feeding some turtles except for one, the far right in the cluster of three near the music puzzle thing. I've cut down all the trash and seaweed and everything in the area and I can't find how to activate it, and I can't move further without either clearing it or feeding some turtles. I suppose I could just wait to feed the guy but I figured I'd ask anyway.
