Heart event information needed

I've flirt with a lot of guys in game but even their heart reach 4-5 point I can't tricker any of their cut scene or event. can anyone please share your experience or information about heart event? I would be graceful♥

I just triggered a two heart event with Scott in the morning at the museum if that helps 😅

Millie has an event at 1/2 heart if you fast travel to the Goddess Statue during the day! It might be a full heart as well, but for me it looked like it was half full.

Triggered another for Scott (at 3 hearts? Could be a following day kind of thing also) That is like a part 2 for the first heart event. I triggered it in the morning walking around town

For rafael, his cutscenes plays at the front of blacksmith, inside blacksmith and at inn. not sure on times though

I unlock 1 pablo event in the morning at aprox 9 am near the city hall i think. Same as the rafael one there is 3 heart event at 9 am in front of and inside the blacksmith

Frank's next cutscene (can't remember which heart level I was at, either 3 or 4) happens at his house during the evening and Erika is there as well or I guess it could've been Erika's cutscene since she was there as well 😅

Jim and Lily have a cutscene together, but I believe they both have to be at 2 heart levels and it happens at their house

Archie has a cutscene behind the school area

I'm not sure if this cutscene is for Noah or Betty, but it happens at the lake and they're both present
