Hi, I've got a letter in the mail, I don't remember the exact words but I had to meet someone after sundown at the Lighthouse. I've been there multiple time's and I have searched around but nothing. Does anyone else have this issue? Like does the quest not exist yet?

A boat will show up around 20:00 m-t-th. The term sundown is a bit over-vauge.

is it relevant which day or season it is :/? Got the same mail a while ago so i checked but even after 20:00 there is no boat for me oxo

I arrived Monday during Summer at 20 aka the PM at night and didn't see anyone. I saw a boat but there was nobody to talk to. What am I to do? Am I suppossed to interact with the boat?

yeah, the person bugs and dissapears, but you should still be able to interact with the boat

Sometimes the boat won't show either, but you can still click on the area that they would be, the cursor will change to a hand, and it opens the shop like usual.

you can use the journal to view past letters, if ever needed!

that more like black market boat every monday,tuesday and thursday 20:00 every 9pm
