Has loading issue been fixed?

As the title says, i am wondering if the infinite/long loading times has been fixed or not? :o

When it finally does load its laggy too and really annoying to play*

My initial save load takes a couple of minutes to load, but nothing after that. Occasional lag spikes from time to time, but nothing unplayable.

Tweaking down the visuals helped.
