My game is now on fall 18 and I still haven't figured out where the heck the festivals are I went to the area that's blocked for festival use, nothing happened, where do I go!?
Secondly my character is farming level 7 but I still have no sprinkler 2 crafting recipe, what am I missing??

you need to go to the blocked off area at the prescribed time and start the festival by interacting with the box
