explore the ocean, lost where to go

I got to the turtle with the chest behind it, and I cannot for the life of me figure out where to go to continue clearing the trash for the challenge

This is great! But I can't seem to get the beacon to come out to get farther, idk if it's a glitch or I'm looking in the wrong area

I had this problem before! Is it by any chance you've cleared the entire area after first turtle and unable to find the beacon?

In my experience I had to wait several days for the trashes (in that area after first turtle, with the big chest) to respawn, when it finally respawns on the exact tile where the beacon is 'supposed to be', the beacon will appear when you clear the trash.
